1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the VV88 online gaming platform accessible at https://vv88.bz and all related subdomains and applications ("Platform"). The Platform is operated and managed by VV88 ("Company", "we").

By accessing, registering for, or using this Platform in any way, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to the VV88 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. VV88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close accounts if eligibility cannot be verified.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the VV88 Platform. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited. VV88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close any account found to be held by an underage individual, including withholding all associated balances.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the VV88 Platform. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• A single phone number may only be linked to one account.
• A single email address may only be used for one registration.
• A single payment method may not be shared between two different accounts.
• A single IP address or device may not be used to register more than one account.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information provided during or after registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. VV88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification documents, proof of address, and any other information deemed necessary.

3. Player Account

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. You must choose a strong password and must not share your login details with anyone. VV88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Vv88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it is a fraudulent attempt and you should report it to our support team immediately.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. All bets placed through your account, whether by yourself or by any third party who gains access with or without your knowledge, are your sole responsibility.

3.3 Account Balance

Your account balance is held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). VV88 does not pay interest on any account balance. Account balances inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee of RM 5 or the current balance, whichever is lower, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request.
• Daily deposit limits and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account tier and chosen payment method.
• VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits compared to regular members.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Vv88 strives to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Over 95% of withdrawals are processed within 3 to 10 minutes of submission. However, withdrawals may take longer under the following circumstances:

• First withdrawal requires KYC verification.
• Withdrawals exceeding standard daily limits and requiring additional review.
• Technical issues on the part of the bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawals flagged for security review.

4.4 Deposit Fund Wagering Requirements

Cash deposits (excluding bonuses) are not subject to any wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to completion of the KYC process and minimum withdrawal conditions.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the VV88 customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding wagering requirements.

10.2 Closure by VV88

Vv88 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You breach any part of these Terms.
• Vv88 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You provide false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Required to do so by a relevant regulatory body or authority.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11. Amendments to Terms

Vv88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time.
